Did you know that hundreds of women search Japanese skin care on the net every day?
Yes Japanese skin care is a popular search term. Why would that be so?
After all, they don't search Finnish skin care or Scottish skin care or skin care related to any other country.
So what is it about Japanese skin care that excites so many women? Lets find out.
It is not so well known but Japanese women have stunningly good skin right into old age. They have less wrinkles and their skin just looks great.
Why? What is it about Japan that seems to result in Japanese women having such good skin?
Of course the Japanese have a good diet. They eat plenty of fish, which provides omega 3 oils, known to be good for your skin, they eat plenty of vegetables and rice and overall their diet is very healthy.
And a good diet is very important to healthy skin.
But is a good diet sufficient to explain why Japanese women have great skin? Other people have good diets too.
Yes there is another factor, and its only relatively recently that science has discovered one specific reason why Japanese women have such good skin. Its related to one specific area of the Japanese diet.
One specific part of the Japanese diet is a seaweed called Phytessence Wakame.
It's well known that seaweed is a big part of their diet, and they have eaten it dried and fresh for centuries.
So maybe it's the Phytessence Wakame they eat. Is Phytessence Wakame good for the skin?
Phytessence Wakame is packed with such ingredients as calcium (15 times more than milk), a whole stack of minerals like sodium, iron, potassium, and a lot of the B group vitamins. It has antioxidants too, all important to the skin. And all of these are highly beneficial to the skin.
But that's not all, that doesn't explain exactly why Phytessence Wakame is so good for the skin. There's something more.
You see there is an acid in the skin called hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is absolutely essential to the ability of the skin to retain its elasticity and suppleness. And if you've done any research into skin care youll know that maintaining suppleness and elasticity is one of the essential goals of good skin care.
And there is also an enzyme in the skin called hyaluronidase, which breaks down hyaluronic acid. So Hyaluronidase is reducing the effects of that good acid.
And Phytessence Wakame slows up the effects of hyaluronidase, thereby allowing your skin to retain more hyaluronic acid, more elasticity and more suppleness.
There you have the secret of great Japanese skin care.
The really good news is that there is a company at the cutting edge of skin care research that has worked out how to isolate the essential ingredients of Phytessence Wakame. And put these ingredients into a great skin care line.
Similar results to those experienced by Japanese women from eating Phytessence Wakame.
You do have an option of finding Phytessence Wakame, if you know where, and eating it. If you want to eat seaweed.
So there, in a nutshell, you have the secret of Japanese skin care.

All Natural Skin Care Products. Finding The Best
Worldwide there is a groundswell of women looking to find more natural skin care products. Millions of women are now searching out the best all natural skin care products, and for good reason.
Gradually consumers are realizing that our skin care products and cosmetics as well as many other personal products can contain harmful ingredients.
For example lead was found in over 50% of big brand lipsticks tested in a recent study.
And whilst its good to look better or have better skin or use a nice smelling soap or deodorant or other personal product its not as important as guarding your health. After all, who wants lead in their system?
And big name manufacturers are now recognizing this and trying to get a foothold in the natural products market.
Its no coincidence that LOreal has recently bought The Body Shop, a huge seller of all natural personal products.
Now lets consider skin care. Firstly, what does "all natural" mean when applied to skin care? Well there is no definition of natural for either cosmetics or skin care or other products.
Natural means what you want it to mean, and so there are companies making products as "natural" that contain chemical ingredients that most would not consider to be natural at all.
So if there is no formal definition of all natural what do we do? Well lets consider why were looking for the best all natural skin care products in the first place.
If you're looking for a "natural" product it's pretty sure you're looking for a product what works well and is SAFE.
And as we now know that you want safe products we can use this information to help.
So, how do we find these products? Lets look at how we determine if a product should be safe. There is a website called the cosmetic safety database. It considers the health risks inherent in a wide range of cosmetics and skin care products and more. It rates the potential health risks of various ingredients in these products.
So you can use this information to search the ingredients of personal products to see if it is considered that they pose any health risk. As an example you could search "parabens" (a popular and cheap preservative often used in personal products) and see what you get.
The find the website for the Campaign For Safe Cosmetics. The have a compact that any company can sign. This pledges that company to using only known safe ingredients in their products. And you can search this compact to see which companies have signed it, and which haven't. You won't find the big names there.
And if the company that makes the products you use has signed you know they should make safe products.
So you've found a natural skincare company that has signed. So their products should be safe. But are they any good? Well as far as I'm concerned the company that offers a money back guarantee should have great products. Most don't.
And once you've done your search you'll find that one company has signed the compact AND offers a full money back guarantee, and it's that company that makes the best all natural skin care products.

Consumer Ratings Of The Best Facial Moisturizers
There are so many people who look for consumer ratings before they buy a product. Why not get an unbiased consumer view before you purchase?
Makes sense doesn't it? And for this reason there are people who look for consumer ratings on skin care products so that they can find the consumer rated best facial moisturizer.
And that's a good approach isn't it?
But lets have a think about this. Skin care products are extremely difficult to rate. Why? Well for a number of reasons.
If you're rating a childs toy for example, it can be simple. Does it work as it should? Is it good value for the price? Does the child play with it and enjoy it and does it take a beating without breaking. There's a few simple things that you could take into account when rating a toy.
But how about rating skin care products like facial moisturizers? Not so easy. Because the result you get may be entirely different from the result that someone else gets from the same product.
The reason is simple. Rating something like that is too subjective. You may see an improvement, someone else may not, from the exact same product.
So I really don't trust consumer ratings of skin care products and I have never seen a site where you can get a large database of consumer ratings of skin care products that are reliable anyway.
Rather I prefer to rely on a different approach. Try the products yourself and if you don't think they are working for you then get your money back.
You can't be serious. Has anyone tried getting their money back from a skin care company and succeeded? Good luck but go ahead and try if you want.
Not likely.
On the other hand I believe that any company that markets any product should believe so firmly in the effectiveness of their product that they are happy to offer a money back guarantee to anyone who doesn't like it.
And it's nice to be able to tell you that the company that makes what I think are the worlds best skin care products IS so proud of their products that they offer a money back guarantee.
So you can try their products and get your money back if you don't like them.
That's demonstrating your confidence in your product, and they rarely give money back because they are rarely asked.
So it's quite possible to try the products entirely risk free, and see how well they work for you.
And you may be looking for a moisturizer, but they don't sell one. Because if you use their skincare products then you won't need one, because their skin care products moisturize so well you won't need one.
So if you're looking to find the consumer rated best facial moisturizer then I have that suggestion for you. It's too hard to rely on consumer ratings. Just try the best products, risk free and see how they work for you, both generally and as a moisturizer.

All About Consumer Rated Best Facial Moisturizers.
Want to know if looking for consumer ratings of skin care products is a good idea?
Many people rely on consumer ratings for information on buying products. After all, where better to find unbiased opinions on a particular product than from the people who use them?
So you'd think it makes sense to look for consumer ratings and there are plenty of women who look for consumer ratings of skin care products and especially consumer rated best facial moisturizer.
And why not?
But is this really a good approach? It is in fact quite difficult to rate skin care products successfully.
If you're rating a child's toy for example, it can be simple. Does it work as it should? Is it good value for the price? Does the child play with it and enjoy it and does it take a beating without breaking. There's a few simple things that you could take into account when rating a toy.
But lets say you were asked to rate a moisturizer. Now that's more subjective isn't it? There's plenty of women who would give quite opposing views on exactly the same product.
The reason is that the result you get is really entirely subjective. You may think you have an improvement, someone else may see the exact same result as no improvement.
So I don't agree with looking for consumer ratings of skin care products, and in fact I don't even know of somewhere you can find a solid reliable database of consumer ratings of skin care products like facial moisturizers.
Rather I prefer to rely on a different approach. Try the products yourself and if you dont think they are working for you then get your money back.
You can't be serious. Has anyone tried getting their money back from a skin care company and succeeded? Good luck but go ahead and try if you want.
It's not going to happen is it?
On the other hand I believe that any company that markets any product should believe so firmly in the effectiveness of their product that they are happy to offer a money back guarantee to anyone who doesn't like it.
And it's nice to be able to tell you that the company that makes what I think are the worlds best skin care products IS so proud of their products that they offer a money back guarantee.
So you can try the products for yourself and see how they work for you and get your money back if they don't.
Now thats standing by your product. And one of the reasons why they can do so is that their products are so good that they rarely get a request for a refund. If they do they honor it.
So it's quite possible to try the products entirely risk free, and see how well they work for you.
And you may be looking for a moisturizer, but they don't sell one. Because if you use their skincare products then you won't need one, because their skin care products moisturize so well you won't need one.
So if you're looking for the consumer rated best facial moisturizer then why not try what I believe to be the best skin care products you can get, risk free, and see how well they moisturize for you.

Why In The World Would You Need The Best Moisturizer?
There's actually good reasons NOT to use the best moisturizer.
Moisturizing is an essential part of great skin care. No doubt. There is natural moisture and oils in your skin and retaining your skin moisture is important to protect your skin.Skin that is healthy is well moisturized skin, and well moisturized skin is well protected skin.
So surely the best thing you can do for your skin is to find the best moisturizer? Not necessarily.
Why not consider what it is that you're trying to achieve from moisturizing. For most women moisturizing is undertaken to make sure the skin is as healthy and good looking and well protected as possible. Women know that well moisturized skin is healthy skin, with less wrinkles.
And so there is a big market for moisturizers from women looking to improve their skin health and the look and feel of their skin and the skin care companies therefore make moisturizers to sell. No problems there.
But the women who buy the best moisturizer they can find are seeking to achieve great looking healthy skin. And moisturizing is important to do this, but there's more to it than just moisturizing.
What I'm driving at is this. If you use products that improve the overall health of your skin then your skin should be healthier, and therefore better moisturized. Healthy skin is automatically better moisturized. If you use the right skin care products that improve your skin health then it will become better moisturized skin without any need to seek out the best moisturizer.
For this reason the company that makes the worlds best skin care products doesn't actually produce a moisturizer at all. So if you're looking for the best moisturizer you cant even buy one from them.
And you can't buy a moisturizer from them because their skin care products are the best moisturizer, but do way more than just moisturize.
And isn't that what you're looking for? Healthy well moisturised skin?
So you'd assume that the products from this small company must be really expensive. But they aren't and I'll explain why.
Big brand skin care companies spend huge amounts on advertising, and this has to be factored into the price of the products. So the products on the shelves are expensive.
This small niche skin care company has made a deliberate decision. It won't compete on advertising, it will compete on product quality. So it doesn't advertise. And so it doesn't need to factor in huge dollars from advertising into their product price. So their products are cost comparable, in fact cheaper, than the big brands.
So this is the moral of the story. You don't need to look for the best moisturizer you can find because moisturizing is only a part of the story. Use products that improve overall skin health and well moisturized skin will follow.

Is It Possible To Increase Skin Elasticity?
Will increasing skin elasticity improve your skin care?
Aging comes with skin aging, and as your skin ages it slowly loses it's elasticity. As skin elasticity is important for great looking skin increasing skin elasticity with age is important too, and for this reason so many women are looking for ways to do so with vitamins and supplements and creams.Does taking vitamins for skin elasticity or collagen supplements or cremes really work? And what other avenues do you have?
Let take a look at what skin elasticity is and why you need to increase skin elasticity as you age.
Good skin care is about, amongst other things, keeping the skin firm yet supple, and collagen and elastin are 2 essential skin proteins that do just that. This is important for great looking skin.
But gradually with age your skin loses some of it's elastin and collagen and so loses this suppleness and elasticity and this isn't good for keeping wrinkles away.
(And there's other factors too, like sun damage and smoking, both of which are terrible for your skin.)
Abut as your skin loses it's elasticity it starts to sag and that is the beginning of wrinkles and lines.
So for some time science has been trying to come up with ways to increase skin collagen and increase elastin stores in the skin.
And that's why you see so many skin care products on the shelves with collagen and elastin in them. But this doesn't work. Why? It's been known for some time that the molecule size of collagen and elastin is too big to penetrate the skin.
So why would these skin care companies put them in the bottles? Because they know that the people who buy skin care products want to see them in the bottles, because then they buy them believing that they are increasing skin elasticity through increasing these proteins.
And collagen supplements have never been conclusively shown to increase skin collagen either.
But our scientists aren't resting, they have found a way to stimulate the skin to produce more elastin and collagen itself and it works.
Its done by use of a breakthrough new product called Cynergy TK, and the trial results have been impressive indeed. Results are visible in a relatively short time, including reduction in visible wrinkles.
But Cynergy TK is really expensive and so the big name companies don't put it in their products. They spend more on advertising and less on product quality.
But there is one company that has reversed this and spends way more on product quality and none on advertising, so you probably wont have heard of them. But their products are superb, and as they don't advertise they keep their costs down so the product price is very competitive.
So increasing skin elasticity is quite possible, and is being done by many women right now, though not through collagen supplements or creams containing collagen and elastin, but by using a breakthough product that actually stimulates the skin to grow more of its own.
